GENERAL POLICIES
Happy City is a parent-supervised facility. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
All guests (children and adults) must sign a waiver and wear a wristband before entering the play area.
We are a nut-aware facility — please do not bring any nuts or nut-based products inside.
Children must wear playground grip socks, Adults must wear regular socks in the play area—no bare feet or shoes.
Strollers are prohibited from being taken in to facility. They can be left in the reception area outside the gate.
Wheelchairs and walkers are not permitted inside active play zones due to tripping hazards. We provide alternative accommodations—please ask our staff.
Happy City is not liable for any injuries incurred on the premises.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items — please keep personal belongings secure.
No food, drinks, gum, or candy are allowed in any play area.
Guests showing signs of illness are kindly asked to visit when fully recovered.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if safety rules are violated, equipment is misused, or behavior is unsafe or disrespectful.
During private party, the playground is closed to members and the general public.
PARTY BOOKING TERMS
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
Final payment is due before or on the day of the party.
Decorations, food, and entertainment brought from outside must be approved in advance.
DROP-IN SESSION POLICIES
Drop-in play sessions are 2 hours maximum per visit. You must leave the facility once your session ends.
Tickets purchased online are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
One adult is free per paid child. Additional adults must purchase an entry ticket.
Children under 1 year are free when accompanied by a paid child or adult.
Adults are not allowed to play on trampolines or other restricted play equipment .
All children must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
TRAMPOLINE POLICIES
Grip socks are mandatory for all children using the trampoline.
Trampolines are limited to children aged 4 to 12 years. No adults or children over 12 .
Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult in trampoline area.
Adults may not jump, stand, or sit on trampoline padding or surface areas.
No sharp objects or jewelry allowed during trampoline use.
Sitting, lying down, or rough play on trampolines is strictly prohibited.
Do not land on your head or neck — always jump with caution.
One jumper per trampoline square at all times.
SLIDE POLICIES
Children must slide feet first, sitting with arms crossed.
One child at a time per slide lane.
Participants must wear pants, tights, or knee-length bottoms unless a parent gives express permission.
